Nourished For Life: A Yoga and Nutrition Workshop
Join Lindsay Erickson, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and 200 RYT as we explore the multiple facets of nutrition. Together we’ll discover what it means to receive nourishment from the food on our plates, and beyond!
We’ll begin with a nourishing and grounding yoga practice, after which Lindsay will lead a series of exercises that will help facilitate the discussion of universal aspects of nutrition, as well as how to tune into your personal health and wellness needs. Time will also be spent on goal and intention setting.
You will leave the workshop with a holistic understanding of where and how you are receiving your current nutrition, and tools that will help you take more ownership of your health and wellbeing every day.
Please bring a journal, pen and water.
