We encourage registration online or via the Mind Body Connect App or The Nest Yoga App. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts in order to get settled into your space. Please note that we lock the door during classes so arriving on time is very important!
**Online registration is REQUIRED for all Barre and Restorative classes as space is limited in those classes. Should you reserve a spot and not be able to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel within 4 hours of class or you will be charged a “no show” fee of $10 for that class.
Slow Flow / Vinyasa *Warm*
Slow flow is an easy paced Vinyasa class where the movement is synchronized with breath in a smooth, flowing way. Ranging from a gentle and therapeutic pace to a mildly vigorous practice, you will be calmly challenged and energized in this class. By moving slowly and holding postures for several breaths, you will better be able to focus on alignment while building strength and improving flexibility. This class is done in warm room and is suitable for all levels. *Prenatal and beginner friendly.*
Mixed Level Vinyasa *Warm or Heated*
Here we emphasize on sequencing moderately paced flows and sun salutations along with basic standing & balancing asanas (poses), along with more core strengthening and opening of the hips, shoulders and spine. This is a mixed level (I/II) class and modifications are always offered. Class is warmed to 78 or heated 85 degrees.
Power Vinyasa *Heated*
Power Vinyasa powerful, energetic and more athletic based Vinyasa class. It incorporates strength, flexibility, core work, balance and physical stamina all in one session with each teacher bringing their own creative touch. Modifications are always offered and we encourage students to take their practice to their own level. Class is heated to 82-85 degrees.
Vinyasa II *Heated*
Vinyasa II is a mixed level to advanced class with more rapid sequencing and exploring more challenging asanas such as arm balances, inversions and back bends. Having a consistent yoga practice is recommended, but all curious and eager yogis are invited to join as preps and modifications are always offered. Class is heated to 82-85 degrees.
Hatha Flow *Warm or Heated*
Our Hatha Flow class moves at a slower pace where we move through sequences of postures with longer holds while incorporating gentle flows in between. The longer holds will help you deepen your practice and increase strength, stamina, flexibility as well as steadiness of mind. With the added heat you’ll free your body from toxins and work every muscle, ligament and joint in the body. Suitable for all levels. Class is heated between 79 and 85 degrees.
Friday Flow & Restore *Warm*
Happy Friday! Time to slow down and recharge after a busy and hectic week and take time for you! Class starts with an energizing flow connected with breath, followed by some deeper, restorative stretching and an extended Savasana (final relaxation) accompanied with essential oils. All levels. Class is heated to 77 degrees.
Detox Vinyasa Flow *Heated*
A studio favorite! Unwind, reconnect and detoxify from the inside out. This is a class for all levels and starts with a detoxifying and invigorating Vinyasa flow (with lots of twists added into the mix) and ends with some easy, soothing stretching and an extended Savasana (final relaxation) at the end. This is one of “hotter” classes set at 90 degrees.
This is a great class for anyone who lives with joint and back pain, is recovering from old and new injuries, or just needs to indulge in a little guided flow and relaxation. We take ample time to stretch and open up using props for assistance in each pose. These restorative poses invite the body to experience total relaxation in supported postures. The mind will de-stress while the body gently realigns, leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed. All levels are welcome to bliss out… 90 Minutes. This class is offered on Sundays from 4:30-6:00 PM. **Online registration is required.**
A class for EVERY BODY! Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been honing your practice for years, our Vinyasa Basics class presents an opportunity for students to learn and build on the fundamentals of various poses (Asanas), establish a safe foundation in their practice, and learn how to prevent & heal stress related injuries. This class also focuses on helping you master form, understand how to breathe and release tension, and help you build confidence in the postures. We welcome students of all ages and abilities. Class is done is a warm room and is 60 Minutes.
Gentle + Restorative Yoga
A gentle and approachable class designed for all levels and ages. Whether you’ve never been on a mat before or just need to unwind, stretch, and relax, this is the perfect class for you. This class is held at a slow, easy pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, especially in the hips and spine, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Class ends with some gentle, restorative postures allowing for the mind and body to totally relax and let go. Class is done in a cozy, warm room. All levels.

Class consists of eight rounds of moderate to high intensity exercises in specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off (rest) intervals. We also incorporate strength training intervals using barre moves, light hand weights, or your own body weight.
