We’re thrilled to be hosting a Mat 1 Pilates Training lead by the world’s leading Pilates educator, Balanced Body! This is an excellent training for students that simply love Pilates and want to learn more; instructors in training, personal trainers, physical therapists, fitness instructors, and of course yoga instructors!
Balanced Body Mat 1 includes an introduction to the history and principles of Pilates, a review of core anatomy, beginning and most intermediate level exercises with modifications, lectures on class order and programming in a fitness setting and guidelines for safely teaching seniors and pre-, and post-natal classes.
